If you’re looking for a set of acrylic markers for coloring, crafting, or adding details to creative projects, the Arttx Acrylic Markers* (60 count) is worth checking out.

I’ve been using these markers for coloring, and there are a few things that really stand out to me like the range of colors and that they are ready to use right away!

great variety of colors

One thing I've noticed with standard rainbow sets of markers is that half of it will be with neutrals and the rainbow colors will be quite lacking. So I actually do appreciate that there are very little neutrals and grays in this set, as it gives the greens and blues a lot of space for variety. (I do not need 10 grays!!)

I'm not someone who colors a lot of humans so I don't need a huge range of skin tones, but if that's something you do often I'd opt for a different set. I used my marker swatch sheet to test the colors.

For me, having more colorful options makes the set feel much more versatile for coloring pages and creative projects.

coloring experience (no bleed through!)

Another big plus for me with acrylic markers is that there is no bleed through! I love that I can safely use them in my reading journal or in coloring pages without having to worry about ruining the next sheet.

The markers are juicy and color very nicely, without bleeding through at all! There will be some visible lines with them, but if that doesn't bother you then they are worth using and seeing how you like them.

ready to use out of the box

I especially like that these markers are ready to use without pumping. You know the paint markers you used years ago that you'd have to pump and pump and wait forever for them to get ink flowing?? Yeah, these aren't like that! Give them a good shake when you use them the first time and they are ready to go!

final thoughts

Overall, I really did enjoy using the Arttx Acrylic Markers* for coloring. I will definitely be using them when I go to make my 2027 reading journal too!

If you've had your eye on some new acrylic markers, give Arttx a try and let me know your thoughts!
