In this bundle of 30 Day Exercise challenges you'll challenge yourself to planks, wall sits, squats, and 8,000 steps. We found that doing them all at once was too overwhelming so we stacked them. However the rest days are spread out so that if you do want to do them at the same time, then you will have rest days at different times.
