Q: Do you offer returns or refunds?

Cards, Stickers: if there is an issue with your cards or stickers, please email me at hello@JordynAlisonDesigns.com within 7 business days of receiving your items. I will accept refunds on products shipped back to me in their original condition. Digital items: refunds are not available on these items.

GENERAL

Your order will ship in 1-4 business days. My shipping schedule is typically Mondays and Fridays.

No, you can purchase as a guest or choose to create a customer account. If you choose to create an account, it will save your data for future purchases which makes for quicker checkout! You will also be able to log back in at any time to view past purchases.
